Shipping

We can ship anywhere in the United States through our website.  We can even ship to other countries around the world if you contact customer service to place an order.  We do not cover customs fees that may occur when shipping out of the U.S..

All shipping times mentioned on the shipping page are how fast it ships after the production times which are listed under the description tab on each products page.  Some orders will get split up and shipped separately depending on how far apart production times are and whether or not some of the products from your order may be shipping out of a different warehouse.  

Every item we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found under the description tab on each products page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Product Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us and be satisfied with your order. Please feel free to contact our customer service department at customerservice@ultimateexhibits.com for clarification of these terms.

TO RETURN CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

We always strive to have top quality products and want you to feel extremely happy with them.  Unfortunately, errors do happen even with our strict quality control standards.  If an error does occur, we will review each situation and correct it in order to meet our standards.  Photos are required on any issue to prevent the same error from happening again.

If the quality matches our standards and there isn't an error or damage caused by us in production or you just aren't happy with the product, you must contact us within one week of when it was delivered to you.  If we agree that it meets our standards but you still want to return it, you will receive a 50% credit once we receive it and confirm that it is in good condition..

TO RETURN BLANK PRODUCTS:

Contact customer service to advise us that you wish to return it. Once received, It will be inspected. As long as there is no damage, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the item less shipping unless it was an error on our part.

If the product and packaging arrived damaged by the shipping service selected, you will need to contact them to start a claim to get your money back for the cost of the item.  If you place a new order and tell us about the issue, we may be able to expedite the new order to meet your deadline.

If the product doesn't function properly, send photos to customer service at customerservice@ultimateexhibits.com and we will send you a replacement product. Otherwise, we will send a UPS call tag to get the product back to us for repair.

We are committed to offering top notch customer service. Please notify us within one week of receipt if there is an issue with your order. No credits will be issued for returned merchandise without our prior consent.
